I am SO FURIOUS that you retired the last app that worked for me for the past 13 years to fax medical records to my Outlook contacts!!!!!!!!!!!! I just spent 38 mins on the phone with support only to learn that isn't a part of the new app except if I have Microsoft 365. I have Microsoft Office Professional because I don't want 365!!!!! I am NOT going to manually enter thousands of Outlook contacts into the new RC app. You're about to lose a longstanding customer because this is trashing my productivity. It MAKES NO SENSE that you would change this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!!!!!!
