    I agree with the others commenting:
    It would be very helpful to be able to export an entire Text/SMS Message Thread as a single PDF file that can be quickly emailed to yourself or others. This feature would be extremely valuable!!!

    Most of our business uses the Polycom desk phones, not being able to transcribe calls due to using a desk phone is an issue. I hope RingCentral updates this ASAP.
