I submitted a support ticket and was told that "it appears this is a compatibility issue between your device and the RC App. This was submitted as a Feature Request for our Product Enhancement team to review."
Half the world uses Android phones. How can they suggest that making RC work with Android devices is a "feature request" and not a critical bug fix that needs to be escalated and resolved immediately?
If my sales team and I cannot take hands free calls in our vehicles I will have no choice but to cancel RC and transfer our service to a platform that can support this basic functionality.
