    Agreed with Vincent. I work for Architects & Engineers... their fingers are not glued to KB + Mouse necessarily. 15 minutes is way to short a timeout for us. Thank you for considering this need.

    Currently I have to determine Yealink MAC, modify URL to suit, enter the device's unique password to get Keys and Red Light behaviors modified, etc. per phone. We're smaller (60 employees)... but this is a pain point in our start as a new RingCentral customer. Not at all what I would expect in 2024.
