configurable change time of presence status to inactivity
current situation:
The presence status automatically changes from "green" to "grey(offline)" after 15 minutes of inactivity, although the user is working on the PC (app in the background)
Request:
The change of the presence status in case of inactivity must be freely configurable (after time or no change) include the option to deactivate.

We’ve noticed that Ring Central currently sets a user's status to "Offline" after 15 minutes of inactivity, even if they’re still able to receive inbound calls. This can lead to confusion for supervisors who are trying to understand remotely how many call agents are active and ready to accept calls.
To improve accuracy, we’d like to request the ability to configure the timeout period for the "Offline" status. This would allow us to set a more appropriate timeframe that better reflects our agents' actual availability.

It's very important for us.

Would like this to be a configurable setting.

The agent's status goes to invisible after 15 mins of no activity,
(even when logged into the RC App and ready to take calls)Instead of going to Invisible, it should go to a status like IDLE
and lets say if the there is no activity after a few hours, then status should be changed to 'No Activity' or something like this
This will give a clear picture of the agent status.

Yes! Working in a environment where coworker may be up from desk I need to know if they are at their desk or away. I recommend adding status of green, yellow for away, orange for extended away, and red for do not disturb. Please.

Sometimes when processing work I don't notice that my availability has changed from available to invisible if no new communication has come in.

We would like to be able to turn off the presence inactivity timer. In its current form, a user's presence shows "Offline" after 15 minutes of inactivity. Most of our users use the HUD and when they see the "Offline" presence they assume that user/extension is unavailable. In our case we'd like all extensions to be green/available unless on a call, in a meeting or in DND.

Add the ability to select the time frame that triggers a user's status to go from available to idle/invisible. Make the "inactivity time" a selectable value.
