*bump* as someone who works on a team this has been a large issue for our customer service. We train so DND our phone to focus on our trainee and these sessions can last up to an hour. Since the ring is in the background we dont see it until hours later causing stress to people we are trying to help and taxing on our team if the people available and not DND are getting overwhelmed.
