    This should be up to the organization to decide instead of only using the system defaults. Other phones systems/ PBX's allow custom programming for repeating menu greeting and returning to the previous menu.

    This feature is very important, why not have it sync up if it's still on the analytics platform. Have it Sync or get rid of it to avoid the confusion.
