Performance Reports to Sync with Business Analytics Report
Currently, performance reports is not working properly when it comes to data gathering and calculations. It shows not in sync with business analytics

This feature is very important, why not have it sync up if it's still on the analytics platform. Have it Sync or get rid of it to avoid the confusion.

This is frustrating, I spent a couple hours trying to see what I was doing wrong when I saw a massive 4X difference between the two dashboards. In fact, I had to call Support. They noted this is a known "difference". I have to admit, I am truly dumbfounded how something as simple as Total Calls per day for a given Queue can be literally off by a factor of 4X between the Business Analytics and Performance Reports. My support person, Angie, was perfect... but this is not a "difference"... this is a bug that should be fixed. It is impacting how people manage business if they are not aware of this.

If they add (Queue Time/IVR Time/Live Talk to the export fields they already have under Performance report>Calls it would also work, because we can do the calculations outside when we export.
