    Having a shortcut key to answer even if the RC app is not the current active screen would stop delays in answering calls. Since I work from home, I currently have to wake up my mouse if I am not actively using it at the time, find the cursor, then click on RC answer. The few seconds it takes, someone else grabs the call first.
