    We NEED a centralized contact book for all of our Agents to see and be able to add notes to from their calls. Our customers call back multiple times throughout the year and without a centralized contact book, it is impossible for them to share notes, see who the customer spoke to last, or even if they are a previous customer! PLEASE PRIORITIZE THIS

    We NEED this feature. If one of my Agents saves a contact, when that person call back, all of my other agents should be able to see the saved contact and notes associated with them. PLEASE make this an IN APP feature!! NOT an "external contact book upload" only. This is causing severe issues with my Agent team consistency.
