    defaul admins are typically C-suite level personnel. Routing all calls that come into an unassigned extension to this level is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to change how these incoming calls are routed.

    As an alternative to my specific requirement, it would be helpful if calls to unassigned numbers could be rerouted to someone other than the Default Super Admin (DSA). The logic doesn't calculate that the considered 'owner' labeled as DSA is the appropriate person to receive random calls just because those calls have nowhere else to go.
