Send Fax to multiple extension/recipient
is it possible to consider having a feature wherein faxes can be sent to multiple extensions instead of just the operator extension

All law firms have one fax line and cannot make an excuse that an employee failed to relay a fax if a deadline is missed. This is a critical feature.

By allowing multiple users to access fax services, organizations can streamline their communication processes. Instead of relying on a single person to manage all fax communications, multiple users can handle tasks simultaneously, leading to increased efficiency and faster response times.

- When changing/updating the assigned user for the company fax recipient, there should be an option like the co-recipient of voicemail. Faxes should be shared by different extensions for easier access to old faxes received by the previous assigned fax extension.

There should be more than one user able to view all faxes. Not only one employee deals with faxes.

- Company line should be completely separate to the user account.
- Separate settings for fax setting.
- Allow multiple users to access the received fax. -

We have a couple of agents that monitor the faxes. Please switch on fax viewing for multiple agents.

By trial and error I discovered the secret to sending one fax to multiple recipients: simply list the fax phone numbers one at a time, one fax number after the other, with a comma separating after each number:To: 111-111-1111, 222-222-2222, 333-333-333

Currently under "Deliver faxes to:" there is no way to add more than one extension. The only way for the entire business to have access to incoming faxes is to automatically email every single user. Allowing multiple users/extensions to access the incoming faxes would cut down on email bloat.

Company fax mailboxes should have an option to address groups of individuals that care for faxes from a specific number. Currently company faxes can only be sent to one number or a distribution list. There is a work around using Call Queues but it too has its challenges

Right now received faxes to company number can only be emailed to receptionist extension. Would be great to have multiple emails to receive the said fax, in case of multiple receptionists at the office and each one is dealing with different projects.
