    The AI notes feature was one of the primary reasons for moving to RingCentral. We just learned during testing after going live that the AI notes feature for desk phones is not enabled. This will unfortunately change our planned workflow until the feature is available.

    During our account setup, our RingCentral intermediary asked me to send them a list of the MAC addresses I had assigned to Users. I cannot add a MAC address column to the list view to download. So far I can only figure to send them screen grabs.
