I'm happy to announce that keyword trackers are now being applied for any calls > 10 seconds. This should help trigger trackers for brief customer interactions.

In addition to this, can we make the recorded line beep active for both inbound and outbound calls? Doesn't really make sense that this currently only works on calls in one direction and not the other.
