    This is pretty ridiculous. I've got users angry that a department they left is still shown as their department when the entire company looks them up.

    Since texting to extensions causes failed texts, with no indication to the sender that this has failed, this really needs to be changed.

    Yeah, we have primary and secondary licenses. Even removing the license from the user, and adding it back does not consistently allow me to select the secondary license if I need to.
