    This is required for both of my pharmacies accredidations. Without a solution, we will need to change phone services.

    I have several teammates that help with our inbound faxes and we need each user to be able to work the fax queue. The work around of having faxes emailed to various uses will not work bc I'm unsure if the fax was handled or not.
