We are an injury management provider and have number of outgoing numbers used for patient calls and it's important to be able to distinguish between them particularly for states with the same prefix area code. Incorrectly choosing the incorrect one could be confusing for patients if they receive a call from a state other than their own. This feature is available in teams and should be available in salesforce. It's not a good user experience when the features aren't consistent.
As a telehealth organisation we are required to monitor calls for training and quality purposes. A number of people need to be able to listen to a particular user group. We are required to set up 15 user groups when we could set up one with multiple managers to review call recordings. This is a big admin burden and very hard to effectively maintain with HR changes.
