    This is a make-or-break decision, and we are at a point where we may have to look at a different phone carrier if ring central cannot fix this issue. We have privacy laws we have to follow and if we cannot follow them, we may have to look elsewhere

    This is a critical upgrade that needs to be implemented by ring central ASAP. As a tax office we share extremely sensitive data internally and do not need that being recorded. It is a very simple UI interface upgrade that they can make to allow us to not record extension to extension calls and only record external calls only.
