    Having access to the IP address in the phone device web page of RingCentral will help a lot when troubleshoot a phone problem. This also helps you access the phone remotely to which Ring asks for the logs. If this phone is not in the location where you are at then you have no way of retrieving this information!!

    It is critical for us to determine if calls are being transferred to. When you work for a utility and it is a posing legal matter it makes a diffrence.
