Agree - this is needed. We have many locations that don't have onsite IT to help gather this info from the physical phone. People at those location have other responsibilities. I always feel like a pest when I have to interrupt their day to try to walk them through where to find the IP.

The User Phones page could really benefit from the addition of an IP address column. This tells me what vlan the phone is on and with that where the phone is located. The site column is OK, but that doesn't tell me anything other than what I configured myself.

Having the IP available to admins, both for the customer and for RC staff would allow better Managment of these devices. As the customer, whether working with RC staff or not, we would be able to access the web interface of the phones to perform remote reboots or other administrative tasks.
