    As a medical practice, we have a seven year retention rule. Having only 30 days history for sent faxes is a huge workflow issue. Being able to access our sent history for more than 30 days is critical for operations.

    it would be so much better to be able to have one inbox without having a third party company like bee texting. bee texting doesn't answer the phone. its difficult to obtain assistance. Its also extremely expensive. Ring Central would be so much better to have everything streamlined
