Increase Retention Period for Sent Faxes
Currently, the retention for sent faxes is set for 30 days. It will be beneficial if this could be stored longer as the email transmission results notification does not contain the actual fax file attachment

Our company documentation is stored ad least for 1 year. It will be very beneficial to extend sent fax storage period because 30 days is definitely to short period.

Yes, it would be most beneficial for the retention period to be extended for sent faxes to 90 days minimum. 30 days is too short for confirmation of faxes with some organizations.

We would find it more helpful if the retention period for viewing RECEIVED faxes was extended 60-90 days. Thank you.

It would also be helpful for finding old things if the confirmation email included a copy of the PDF that was faxed

This is so stupid. Why would you only retain the fax history for 30 days. I sent a fax to the IRS 3/22/2024. It's now 5/1/2024. I need to show the IRS what was faxed and when, but now I can't because of this stupid frickin policy. I'm so frustrated with RingCentral at this point. There must be a better service out there.

Instead of just 30 days for the sent faxes on time of server, expand it for atleast 6 months
