Allow Group/Team SMS Sharing
Please add the functionality to allow the system admin/authorized user assigned to a particular group be able to see SMS shared within the group.

it would be so much better to be able to have one inbox without having a third party company like bee texting. bee texting doesn't answer the phone. its difficult to obtain assistance. Its also extremely expensive. Ring Central would be so much better to have everything streamlined

A shared SMS inbox is a no-brainer for customer service.
I'm in insurance, and we experience steady turnover. It's a lot of management to have to redirect numbers after someone leaves because they couldn't use the general line.

As per cx they wanted for the user group they have created to have each member of the group be able to manage the text messages that comes in so they can respond to it immediately specifically if one member of the group or so is not available.

I have a growing team, and it would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL if there was a central way for my whole service team to view texts to my main number. Would love an update on this.

Heymarket and Grasshopper allows all users to see text messages coming into a company phone number.

Nextiva just rolled this out in Feb. 2024.... RingCentral, where you at??
