    (HUD) needs to be updated so that full presence is shown on all extension in a single, convenient view for all devices and apps (including IOS and Android)

    There's a consistent, noticeable 3 - 5 secs delay whenever AI receptionist receives call from IVR and extensions. Customers are hanging up because they think the call has been terminated or disconnected.
