Presence (or HUD) available on the RingCentral Mobile App so that I can answer a call on behalf of someone
I am unable to answer phone calls on behalf of my manager when using the any of the mobile apps; it does not work on the 'RingCentral Phone' or 'RingCentral Unified'. I am working phone home and need to be able to answer calls on my mobile phone.

Mobile app for both android and iOS need HUD or better ability to detect call presence as it can do with desktop app. It should be readily available in the mobile app with some many people being remote they should be able to see when someone is on the phone.I have been told this feature would be released long time ago but it never seems to come. Not sure what is taking so long.

This would be very useful when staff is working from home and needs to know who can take a call. We have to log onto the computer and use the Ring Central phone app to accomplish this currently. Would be nice to have it all on the mobile.

Add HUB to the mobile app so I can monitor my present, to see I can transfer a call, etc.

With everyone being mobile these days, it's a must to see your co workers or employees on the phone with HUD on the mobile app. with our old phone system, we were able to monitor, barge, whisper or take over the call with in the mobile app. We also would like to see the duration of the call and phone number as well. It would be nice to see it from the messaging app and not have to go into the phone setting to see it as well, that way you can see everything at a glance.
