    Perfect, so helpful having a saved cover letter face sheet will save staff time when faxing out. it was time consuming having to save the cover sheet each time when faxing.

    This will reduce calls being dropped. Having to repeat ourselves. And having callers tell the other person: "oh who's this, I just got transferred" without an introduction or ensuring the call fully went through.
