Enable Merge calls when Deskphone Pairing is enabled
The customer is requesting the ability to use the Merge Call feature while Deskphone Pairing is enabled. Currently, it appears that this functionality is unavailable or limited when the deskphone is paired with the RingCentral app.

Merging calls is important as it allows me to connect the call to another extentsion, give a brief description of the call and leave the call after a confirming the callers are talking.

This will reduce calls being dropped. Having to repeat ourselves. And having callers tell the other person: "oh who's this, I just got transferred" without an introduction or ensuring the call fully went through.

This is a critical feature enhancement we need. Most of our users have phones paired, and its impacting us. Our providers want to have more than 1 person on the line without creating a meeting.
