    We need our technicians to be able to see the names of customers who are texting us so they know who they're interacting with. Since multiple technicians manage the shared inbox, contacts should also be shared.

    Need to add the full shared SMS history or at least the ability to search archived SMS threads. We have multiple technicians who text with customers and need access to the history for reference purposes.
