We are in a testing phase in preparation for moving over the RingCentral. I am navigating around and learning the admin side of it and just realized that the private IP of registered devices isn't listed anywhere. This seems like a huge oversight for a basic feature that should be there. During an online search about this, I did see some mention that you can run and download a call analytics report and there is a column that shows the call initiator's device private IP. It's kind of ridiculous if that's the only way to see it. Because the private IP is listed there, the system already has it, so it should be a very simple implementation to show it on the device information screen.
