    This is highly important for managing real-time, also if we can add the durations of the status that they are using it would be great. Historical data for this status changes could should come together with this I believe.

    CSV file type helps report templates run faster when used instead of XLSX file type. It is essential to have a raw data with a lightweight memory need rather than using a format type that requires massive capacity.
