  1. Reason:
    Currently, international SMS cannot be activated for an account without first registering for TCR (The Campaign Registry) business SMS registration. This registration is primarily for Domestic SMS, but it is a prerequisite for activating international SMS as well.

    Feature Request:
    To enable the activation of international SMS independently of the TCR business SMS registration, because international numbers do not fall under the TCR business SMS agreement.

  2. We have a shared extension to handle emergency and after hours calls for our IT group. I would like the team to be notified by SMS when we miss a call or receive a VM on that extension, so we can best server our customer base. Currently I can only add 5 SMS numbers, this would be better served to either have no limit or a much higher limit. I currently have 7 individuals on my team but I can see the use case for this for larger groups.

I need a report showing SMS usage by user for the last 90 days, for all users on my account it must be for individual users I am really looking for a view showing all users on the account, and the number of times they have used SMS and I want to remove users who have no activity

  7. Add a feature where you can text all the contacts in a group contact list, not as a group message, but individually. Also being able to add more then 10 to a bulk message (not as a group message) would be needed for this as well.

  11. Neither the Automator (beta) or the RingEX APIs allow you to respond to an incoming SMS message using the recipient's phone number unless the automation or application is running as that user. Sending a confirmation of an opt-out request (STOP) from a different phone number is confusing to the customer and doesn't leave any clues in the user's SMS history. The response should come from the user's phone number and there is no easy way to set that up.

    Also, there should be opt-out tracking within RingEX so that if a user attempts to text a customer who has previously…

  15. Option to allot certain number of message to a certain number before I buy the SMS bundle.

    For example, if I purchase 2500 sms so can I assign a 1000 sms to a certain number and the rest of the 1500 to another number or maybe leave them open to be shared and used by different phone numbers

  16. not receiving 2 factor authentication via whatsapp, sms not going through and getting an error to try again after an hour,sms not even showing on sms log under admin portal. tried 2fa via call but calls are disconnecting which also shows on our call logs tried other RC numbers but not being recognize as U.S number even though that it is U.S number.

  17. Feature to have Super Admin the ability to delete another user's SMS without logging in as that specific user.

    Example: From the Admin Portal, the Super Admin clicks the user extension, Super Admin will have direct access and log in as that user and then access the SMS via the users RC App to delete that users SMS

  18. 1)Add a feature such that after a particular time(work hours) we should stop receiving notification alert on mobile app.
    We cant do that from mobile settings as it will stop all notifications.

    2) Schedule a message so that it can be sent later also

    3)After working hours by default my status change from active to inactive

  19. Text messages from Google Voice nos. is not showing in the group conversation in the RingCentral app but instead its showing in a separate thread for the said number. I need to be able to receive messages from google vocie nos. on the same group thread and not on a separated thread for google vocie
