Remove "Create Group Text" as the default
Most of us use Ring Central to contact customers. When texting, it would be great if the "create group text" is not the default as we have to send the same message to multiple customers, but we don't want them to accidentally receive a group text with other people's numbers.

When sending out batch texting having to change from group (default) to Individual is highly annoying at best and crippling at worse if user error happens any you forget to click it off and you send the message to you clients as a group. you should be ale to set the default for this as on or off. such a simple thing that can really help a business not have to worry about user error.
