Presence "Leave Empty" Option Does Nothing
Hello, when trying to organize busy lamps on our desk phones (VVX450). We would like to leave some empty spaces. For example, we want the busy lamps to appear only on the expansion module and not on the display within the 12 buttons. When I click save, 2 options appear to either leave the empty spaces, or collapse the list. I select Leave Empty, but the list collapses anyway. Can you either fix this or remove the unnecessary step to click either option. It appears to be a flaw in the programming.

Share status permissions
The Share status button should not be tied to Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation permission. Instant messaging and your availability are not the same thing.

HUD restrict extensions in desktop application
As of right now RingCentral allows any user given HUD access in the RC Desktop APP to add any extension in the company (including executive staff). Allowing them to easily see the names of callers, recipients and length of call. This must be addressed.

Allow all extensions to show in the HUD and/or Extension List
We have a few telephones that are in common areas, such as in the kitchen / break room, in storage rooms, in conference rooms, etc. I don't currently see any way to add these telephones to the HUD or Extension lists inside the Ring Central (Avaya Cloud Office, in our case) app. Please add this capability.

Organizing "Presence" on phones
Best used for a receptionist type phone, it would be great to be able to easily reorganize the names in the Presence. We keep them alphabetical for our receptionists to make it easy. With the current set up, you have to delete everyone further down in the alphabet to add a new person in the presence.

Phone app shows me as offline when the app is not in use. I don't get incoming calls because it shows me as offline.
Incoming calls don't come through to my phone. I use the desktop app to send texts. I use the phone app to answer incoming calls. I'm unable to change that offline setting from my end. I have to get with customer support for assistance and the wait time is awful - agents unavailable when calling the number; currently have been waiting 45 minutes through the live chat. No one has time to do this.

Rearrange lines on Phones without having to delete lines and add them again
I'd like the ability to rearrange lines in Presence without having to delete the queue and add it again.

ability to see how long a user has been online but inactive.
It would be beneficial to be able to see if users have their RingCentral turned on but have been inactive for a long period of time. This is needed for employees who are off site and their main responsibility is answering and making calls. Being able to understand patient complaints regarding our phone lines and the analytical provided by RingCentral is essential ensuring our office is performing at an optimal and satisfactory level. This would be applied to the RingCentral phone, app, and web.

Have the ability to restrict an extension from adding another extension in HUD in RC App.
Customer called in regarding whether we have the option or setting to restrict an extension from adding another extension on their HUD. Not taking the option of not being able to be monitored by other user, but just to restrict some users to view or monitor others in HUD via the RC App.

Option to add other status updates for agents
Currently agent statuses only vary from "Available, Do no disturb and Invisible". There should be an option for admins to add other status updates for agents to choose from such as "Meal, Meeting, Break, etc).

HUD menu in Google Chrome Extension
We need both the Click-to-Dial functionality we get with the browser extension, but also need the HUD-Extensions in order to quickly transfer a call to an extension pinned in the HUD area of the desktop application. This is a quick 2-click way to transfer a call, without have to type the extension, which is cumbersome in a high-volume outbound call center. It would be great to have the HUD-Extension as a menu available in the browser.

Share Status - It would be nice to be able to change your status and your presence at the same time.
As it stands now, it takes 6 clicks to change your status and your presence.

Display agents name when Main Menu calls to agent extensions are presented to pickup members
As a pickup member it will be really useful to be able to see a presented call label change from 'To Main Menu' to the 'Agents Name' when external callers dial our main company number and dial an agents extension.This will help pickup members ascertain whether to pick that call up or not based on which agent the call is destined for.

Include the ability to sort contacts alphabetically in the RingCentral app HUD
The RingCentral app HUD (now also available for the desktop) currently allows manual rearrangement of user contacts, but it would be great if they could be sorted alphabetically with just a 'click'.

Enable Heads Up Display by Default
It would be beneficial for Admins on the system to be able to enable the HUD (Heads Up Display) by default for users on the system.

Should be a good idea to add the status on the HUD. Like on the chat after the name.

HUD List more compact
Our old phone system had a simular feature as the HUD list and it was more compact so you could see more people in one glance and didn't have to scroll up and down to find people. I feel that it would be nice if we could make the names smaller so you can see more people at once instead of scrolling.

Transfer and Add feature in HUD on RC app
On the RC phone app, while on an active call, when you hover over a user under the HUD, the Transfer and Add feature works under the HUD feature. You're able to transfer a call to another user and add another person to the call. However, on the RC app, the transfer feature in the HUD is not available. While on an active call, when you hover over a user under the HUD, there is only a phone icon that calls the user. The Transfer and Add option is on the dial pad itself, and you would need to type…

Ability to set meeting presence to DND rather than Meeting (and calls disrupt you)
Customer would like when scheduling a meeting that the presence indicator can be automatically set to DND rather than in a meeting. When in a meeting calls can come through and disrupt the user which isn't a good experience.
