  1. I understand we have a gap-filler with textel, however, having this native to our solution would benefit countless customers. Additionally, we can address this need with RC CC but often that is cost prohibitive.Customers would be willing to pay for this as a feature add on (see agin the willingness to pay for textel)It could open up a new revenue stream and just about every customer leverages SMS today.   2. My team works in the digital healthcare field and we do a lot of telephonic outreach to engage patients in our program. When we send SMS messages and a patient replies "Stop" they receive an automatic response stating that future texts from this number will be blocked unless they reply "Unstop." We would like to be able to change or remove this response.

  3. Current behavior: If you type or enter an IP address or domain name, it is automatically displayed as a clickable hyperlink. Desire behavior: The ability to right click on the string identified by RC app as a hyperlink and remove the hyperlink so that it's displayed as just a raw stringThis will improve cases where the RC app misidentifies text as a hyperlink and also allows users to share links/IPs while removing the risk of an accidental click, should the link or IP be malicious or intended to be not clickable

  4. See with having only the operator having the company text then if they are gone we have to use our line and then the customer gets our number and stops calling the main number

  5. need an option that regular user ext will be able to select numbers in the auto receptionist to use as their outbound number for sms. as of the moment we are limited to assign the number to the user ext for them to be able to use it. this gives restrictions especially if we need other user ext to use the same number

  6. To archive and upload to client matters or provide as support for billing/invoicing. And that identifies the phone numbers/contacts in the threads. And with the option for different export/forward formats (i.e., pdf/excel).

  8. I believe there must be a process where we can select few contacts whose content/data which we get over "texts" need to be forwarded among team members in a group of selective people. This way the contact need not to be harassed, if the other is requesting the same data every time and after hours team could work efficiently too on that data where they could easily comprehend the whole scenario through reading the content.Kindly advise/vote/support.Thank you

Can you please change the interface back to where the texts would show as a list and we click the one we want to open, instead of how it now automatically opens the most recent text when you go to texts? I don't like how I can accidentally open one without noticing then not respond on accident

  11. All users should be able to see text messages and voicemails and not just the assigned "operator". With several users it's difficult if only one person can see voicemails and texts, especially in a busy office so it would nice if other users could be assigned that capability at one time.

Having the opportunity to automatically message customers with a link for an online form or giving them instant access to information on your website would be a great addition to a callers experience and an immense time saver. Removes the wait time for callers attempting to find a form/ document and time from employees having to walk callers through the process.

  13. I would like to receive email notifications for new text messages as is currently available. However, I do not want an email for each text message. There should be a setting to send email notifications for new text messages only if the message has not been read after x minutes.

  14. Is there a way we can implement a way to successfully unsubscribe from SMS messages from those who use shortcodes that match user's extensions? Example: 80468 is a short code for a company's marketing campaign, but if this matches a users extension when the user texts "Stop" it goes to the extension and not the short code number. Without changing their extension is there a way this could be corrected?

  15. Certain contacts I do not want texting from due to the sensitivity of the topic. Also as an professional, I do not want to be held responsible for failure to respond to texts especially off hours. I want to be able to either limit who can text or limit the time/hours to receive them. To be able to toggle and enable and disable texting as well as schedule when texting is allowed or not allowed.

  20. In the admin call log add inbound and outbound SMS messages. It would be nice to see who is texting and what is being said while looking at all of the calls/faxes made.
