This is a very important feature. Being able to restore deleted text messages or access older message history would be extremely helpful for businesses. Sometimes we need to review previous conversations for customer support, but the current message limit makes that impossible. Please consider adding message recovery. Thank you!

Very often, we need to review message conversations, but we're unable to because they've already been deleted by the system.

We work with a huge amount of data and some text messages can be deleted because of the exceeded limitations of 5000 text messages.
It would be good if we can restore erased messages or save text history in some archive for future needs.

Please add a feature that allows users to restore deleted text messages. Since people can make mistakes, having the ability to recover messages that were removed unintentionally would be very helpful.

Please allow us to restore deleted text messages! Or, at the very very least, add a warning pop-up when you go to delete a message saying that it cannot be undone. I just accidentally deleted a text string that has spanned the last year and I needed to save it.

I recently moved to RingCentral, and I noticed there is no option to prevent regular users from deleting text messages. Every dialer I’ve used in the past had this feature, and it’s very important for us.

We have 20 users on RingCentral, and without this option, it’s difficult to maintain proper oversight and record-keeping. This could make it hard for us to continue using the platform long-term

Yes, please add this feature. I just deleted a message and want to get it back and cannot do it like I can on iPhone.

I just deleted a text from a client that had a link to something I needed, quite by accident.

The slide and delete makes it too easy to delete important messages and there has to be a way to retrieve them.

Really need this, but more importantly need more archived history.

As a business we need to have access for deleted text messages. How do we go about getting this changed?
