As a business we need to have access for deleted text messages. How do we go about getting this changed?

your delete buttons for the texts are easily mistaken and no "are you sure you want to delete" is prompted, this could save many headaches and errors

Previously, about 7-8 months ago, when someone reply thru SMS it shows the history of the previous conversation, including those that have been deleted. Lately it doesn't.
