Enable Group SMS Creation on Mobile App
Currently, the option to create a group SMS is only available on the desktop app. The mobile app has limited functionality and does not allow users to initiate group SMS conversations.
We recommend adding the ability to create and manage group SMS threads directly within the mobile app to provide a consistent experience across platforms and improve usability for users who rely on mobile devices.
Benefit:
This enhancement would allow users to conveniently start group conversations on the go, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure feature parity between desktop and mobile platforms.1 vote -

Automatic Reply When MSM is sent and cannot be received
We do not have MSM enabled for our users. We would like to have an automated message sent letting the person who sent the MSM know that the message cannot be received. It would also be great if we could be alerted when a MSM message was attempted to be sent to one of our numbers and who sent it.

Sending video clip from the mobile app
Submitting this feature request on behalf of the customer who wanted to be able to send a video clip through MMS from the mobile app, since most of their users are not tied to a workstation during the day.

Download SMS logs with Customized Columns
Ability to Download SMS Logs with Custom Columns on the reports. Currently not able to download SMS logs with the Status column. It only downloads with fixed and specified columns which is not complete as listed on the admin portal.

SMS Text Templates
I would like to be able to order the template texts alphabetically or what ever so that I can find them in a logical order. ie - all texts pertaining to Reminders, or Paperwork Due, etc. - I like and use the templates every day. I used to have a text file on the side of my RC that I would cut and paste into RC. So great addition!

Show entire SMS history when creating a new SMS like it used to
On the RingCentral desktop app, you used to be able to see the full SMS history when you went to create a new SMS text. Now when you create a new SMS text message, you don't see the history. It was super helpful to have the history there any time you created a new SMS message. The new functionality is not great for awareness of the most recent text message.

Group Text number of Participants should be increased from 10
Customer cannot send text in a group created by an external phone number with 21 participants.

Creating a separate folder for clients you need to get back to or follow up with
I have clients I need to follow up with and instead of keeping it as unread it would be nice to have a separate section I can put them in, to make sure I go in there and follow up with those clients.
