Group SMS for International Numbers
It would be very helpful to have a feature that allows users to send group SMS messages to international numbers. Currently, international texting works only for individual messages, and users receive an error when attempting to send group texts that include international contacts.

Please switch back to previous SMS format!
This week (around March 4th, 2025), the desktop version of RC changed so I can no longer see the SMS history when sending a new text message. I want to be able to type in a number or contact name and see the history of the text thread instead of a blank window with nothing of the previous messages. Please switch it back!

Option to delete messages or multiple messages
It would be beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to delete multiple messages or entire chats simultaneously, rather than deleting them individually. This would save time, especially for users who need to clean up or manage their chat history more efficiently.

Option to increase SMS storage to more than 5000 before it gets deleted.
Right now, when you reached SMS received per user, per inbox of 5000, SMS will be deleted and replaced by new ones. It's best to have an option to increase storage allocation.

SMS bulk deletion for all conversation in one command
As per ringcentral , we cannot increase the limit for bulk deletion in RingCentral SMS beyond 50 messages at a time via a single command. I request to have it sweeped all at the same time.

Third party number stop sending SMS to all RingCentral number
Enable users with non-RingCentral numbers to opt out of SMS from all RingCentral numbers by texting "STOP" to any single RingCentral number. A feature that allows a user can send the word "STOP" to RingCentral's main number and it will opt-out them out to send SMS.

Reporting on Numbers Associated with a TCR Campaign
We have 9 SMS campaigns. Many are fully populated. When a person leaves the organization and is deprovisioned, the number is freed up for use by someone else. Right now, there is no easy way to see if the number is tied up in a campaign. It would be very helpful to have a report of all of the numbers that are in all of the campaigns. Right now we would have to open all nine to see if there are any numbers in campaigns that are now available for use by another person that needs the SMS capability.
