SMS ID
To have the ability to use the company name as the SMS ID Name not just the company main phone number.

Unfortunately this does not work in North American market.
Carriers do not support this for SMS.
We will however implement the ability to initiate conversations via RCS. The Rich Communication Service (RCS) does have the behavior desired.
