Idea: Is to have a clone button to use to clone users, queues, ect that have the same or almost the same information so it can be easier to set up. Currently there is a clone button for ringcx but would like a clone button on MVP as well.

Update Notifications to SMS functionality
They way RC sends notifications to a users mobile phone/sms is being phased out by the carriers. You can no longer send SMS message by emailing #####@vtext.com. The same goes for T-Mobile and I suspect other carriers. The delivery needs to be a more SMS centric method as opposed to email to sms

Ring Group cannot have more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously
Customer would like to have an option to ring more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously in a Ring group. Its a limitation of the ring group that it cannot have more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously.

SMS logs | Check Group SMS
We have a RC user that sent a group message to other RC users. Normally they uncheck the 'group message' checkbox so that the whole group doesnt see each other. The RC user believes that they unchecked this box and the the RingCentral app had an error. Is there a log for each user to see what kind of message they have sent?

Allow RingCentral direct number to receive 2FA access code
It will be great to have the option to use the RingCentral direct number as their Mobile phone under User Details to receive 2FA access code. Especially for those who are overseas with no access to mobile phones. Please add the ability to have multiple group managers for a usergroup.
Please add the possibility of having multiple group managers for a user group. This would open up the possibility of having multiple group managers by proxy, for example to make call forwarding for group members in case of illness. I think this will help in many companies.

Export Mac address list
We are adding a NAC or AAA, that requires all the MAC addresses of all devices that will be allowed to connect to the network to be registered. It would be helpful to have a feature in RingCentral Admin that would allow me to export all the MAC addresses of all physical phones in our R/C account. MAC addresses and IP addresses would be a bonus.

Add tools to the admin portal to easily audit user TCR campaign registration
Us account admins need to ensure all user phone numbers are added to our active TCR campaign, but at this time it is not easy to do. Would it be possible to add a TCR Campaign column to the user list download or phone number list download? Or maybe make the TCR assigned numbers list exportable?

Recreating Main Super Admin
Hey RingCentral,We have a main admin on the account that recently left the company. Someone will take over that position and the user will take over is already on the account. I called support about this and I was told we can only swap the information and will basically wipe out all of our data which does not help. The ability to change the main admin would really help in case someone took over that position.

Call waiting audio option in Admin portal settings
As like in the RC app. Call waiting for audio settings should be available in the Admin portal so that Admin has the option to turn off and on the audio in call waiting.

Ability to have SMS/Fax recepient in IVR extension
We check that if the auto-receptionist is routed to IVR, it doesn't have a mailbox or email recipient. If possible we direct the email notification to the settings that we can put on the IVR
