Restrict users from changing the profile picture
As a business we need to have a common profile picture for all users, but currently as an admin we don't have the access to restrict the users from changing their profile picture. We could see a lot of users using personal pictures and other in-appropriate pictures, it would be useful if you could include the option to restrict user from changing profile picture.

The system should have an option of showing on the SMS email notification on which call queue numbers the message was sent to.

Restrict access to Admin Portal by geographic location of IP address
Prevent logins from IP addresses that are located in certain geographic locations. For instance, give the company the ability to restrict countries or regions of the world where they do not have a presence. This would provide additional security beyond 2 factor authentication.

RingCentral App: Do not Disturb Status should also stop incoming calls from queues
As per support case 16076197When users set DnD, if they are also members of a queue, they will continue to recieve notifications/calls from incoming calls routed from a queue.To be truly in DnD mode users have to Turn off "Accept call queues" and then change their status from "Available" to "Do not disturb".
Please can we request that the status DnD work as expected and not disturb users, regardless of whether they are also queue members.10 votes -
Enable Archiver Audit Trail Timestamps
Hi, TeamPlease consider adding Archiver to Audit Trail TimestampsWe need to identify who or which user have Disconnected or Connected the Archiver.Also, any status changes should automatically send a notification to the Super Admin or mutiple email whether an Archiver was Disconnected or Connected,The Archiver status is very essential for some business where they have ti keep important call logs & recording. A notification / Time stamps to the users whether it was Disconnected or Connected by someone or Disconnected due to change of Archiver credentials would help them manage it and prevent loss of impotant files. Thank you.

Options to view all available licenses that shows the phone numbers via Service Web.
The customer would like to have the option on the interface of the Admin Portal under Licenses and inventory that they can easily find their available numbers by clicking it instead of adding the numbers manually under reserve number.

Avaya J139 Management
I need a way from the ringcentral admin portal to set phone settings. I want to be able to set a default ringer volume and call volume. The other option to to set screen time. I have 56 phones in a school and after a period of time they go black and people think they are not working. I want the screen on all the time.

Option to remove Managers in call Queue not just simply changing the managers
As per screenshot, it cannot be saved without any managers in a call queue.

Exclude an extension number from being dialed from within the name directory
In our scenario, message-only extensions are only used to receive faxes. Patients have been able to dial random numbers while in the phone tree and leave voicemails on a specific message-only extension. These voicemails will go unanswered, as they are not even being left at a location in the same state. The ability to exclude these message-only extensions from being dialed would be ideal

Call Hang up due to Call Screening
I have call screening turned on. Callers that hang up on the call screening are ringing my desk phone one time most of the time, and giving me a missed call notification. This should not happen. How do I prevent calls from ringing my phone once?

They are unable to save the contact number of the person who is in charge of their billing. although that number is active.

Super Admin can unauthorize any user from using the main company number at any time.
When you are using ring central for all means of communication for your clients it's a critical situation that which user is allowed to make outbound calls using the main company number, Yes every user have there own primary number but they can change it to main company number from my caller ID at any time. So I purpose to allow Super admin to authorize or unauthorize any user at anytime from using the main company number for making outbound calls.

Allow number inventory move to unassigned extension
In the past when we deleted a user, the number would go back to unassigned extensions, now it goes to number inventory. It's more efficient, because all the numbers unassigned ext would forward to our main number. With Number inventory you have to manually assign each number to a temporary (dummy) extension and forward.The old way IMO worked better with numbers going to unassigned ext after being removed from a user.

Option to remove cost centre as a number is put back in the inventory
As CSMs we see a lot of customers getting confused when they unassign a license and move it back to the inventory that it's not then available to be assigned to some users due to the cost centre associated with the number. Some customers do want numbers to remain attached to specific cost centres but to help with this it would be great to have an option when you move a number back to the inventory to have the ability to reset the cost centre so that it can be used for any user

allow email address as login to to service web when accessing voicemail message only
cannot login if using email address for message only extension but it works if using the RC main + extension number

Being able to export all blocked numbers in our account
Our Security team and HR division asks this from time to time and to have the ability to export all the Blocked Number for all of our stores (over 1000) would be a helpful tool.
