I can get my apple iphone contacts on mobile app but they won't appear in the desktop app. why the two app versions can't sync contact lists seems unreal. please get it to where personal contacts from apple can be in the desktop app. went through support and they said that option doesn't exist. Thank you!

  3. Currently, when receiving calls on a RingCentral number, the caller's name (if available) is displayed but not automatically saved to the user's contact list. This requires manual input and can be time-consuming, especially for frequent callers.

    Customization: Allow users to control whether the caller ID name is automatically saved to the Personal contact list or a specific custom contact list.
    Duplicate Prevention: Implement measures to prevent duplicate entries in the contact list if the caller ID name already exists.
    Privacy Settings: Provide users with the option to opt-out of this feature if they prefer to manually manage their contact list.

  6. Sometimes we need to Edit or View a contact when we are texting them or receiving a text from, You can't do this quickly in the Desktop app. You have go to Contacts, Look for the Contact then Utilize the Pencil etc.

    Same process for viewing the Contact information while texting them. You can't see their information quickly.

    I think the Contact Management of the Desktop App needs a lot of improvements.

  15. I see where we can create a "team" in the contacts section, which allows you to invite members from work. What about the ability to create groups for just your regular contacts? I'm a recruiter and it'd be handy to have my candidates listed under groups such as "On assignment" or even by skills like "machine operators" or "warehouse workers".

  16. Let us add or remove the "middle name" info to the name column in the call log. When using the desktop app the middle name info is shown in the call log. When using the web admin portal and associated extension, the call log only shows the first and last names. I understand not everyone will want to have the middle name listed in the call log, so if we could more easily add or remove the contact info we want listed in the call log that would be great.

  19. Sometimes we need to do an Edit on a contact after an incoming call, but we can't just click on the call log and do a quick edit, we have to go to the contacts list, search for the contact and then edit.

    Adding an Edit option on the call log when the contact is already added to the list of contacts will minimize data entry.
