  2. Please add a feature that allows disabling the flagging of incoming faxes or calls as suspicious or spam without requiring each number to be manually added as a trusted contact, as managing them individually would be a never-ending process.

  3. Occasionally a fax will fail to send. When that happens it would great if we could tap on the sent fax in the app (iOS) and highlight and select the text located in the 'comments'. That way we could paste this verbiage and try communicating it to the recipient by other means without having to type it all out again.

  4. Please add an option to skip contact selection when a fax number matches multiple entries. Currently, we are forced to pick a name, which auto-fills the cover page incorrectly. We need the ability to simply enter a fax number and proceed so the cover page remains generic or unaddressed to a specific individual.

  5. Currently, RC's HFS timer for outbound faxing, remote fax machine response time/timeout is 32 seconds. In the event a recipient fax machine takes longer than 32 seconds to respond with fax tones, our system will timeout/terminate the session. It will then retry twice, each with another 32 second timeout period, resulting in 96 (or more) seconds of "system resource usage" time.

    If we increased the HFS timeout to even just 40 seconds, allowing some additional time for remote fax machines to answer, we would have a higher success rate of outbound faxes and overall reduction of system resource usage time…

  7. Our company have several numbers with Mobile licenses that appear in RingCentral Portal account but are not accessible as an option to be selected as a "Fax" number for individual user accounts. It would be great to be able to select any number that appears in our RingCentral Portal account to be a fax number.

  8. The Admin is requesting a feature that would allow admins to schedule monthly fax log reports for the previous month and have them automatically sent out. The requested functionality should include the ability to select specific users to be included in the report, rather than generating logs for all users. Additionally, the customer would like the option to filter these reports by Site or Department, which is not currently possible in the Admin Portal.   12. For the fax transmission email result subject line, please add the timestamp of the fax. This would help make the transmission result unique to avoid the Google integration issue. Google integration is grouping all of my notifications into a single thread based on the subject line.

  14. A formatted, formal PDF document (not the email confirmation) that can be generated anytime by the sender in their RingCentral app (do not need to have admin access) and details including:

    • heading that this is a fax confirmation
    • fax date & time (in respective time zone)
    • sender name & organization
    • sender phone# & fax#
    • recipient name & company
    • recipient phone# & fax #
    • subject of fax (new field added to outgoing fax)

  19. Currently, when call forwarding is enabled for EX User extensions, the forwarding logic does not distinguish between voice and fax calls. When a call terminates directly to a User extension, the system can differentiate between fax and voice calls and handle them accordingly. However, when forwarding is enabled, both fax and voice calls are forwarded indiscriminately, causing fax calls to be treated as voice calls.

  20. In the previous version of your outbound fax print driver, the Send Later function would default to the date and time selected for the previous fax sent. You removed this default which we use every Friday for a group of faxes to be delivered Monday morning. Put it back in.
