Exclude Email Signature from Email-to-Fax
When sending faxes via email, the email signature is being included, which adds extra pages.
Is there a way to exclude the signature? If not, please consider this a feature request.

They’re requesting the option to update the contact phone number on the fax cover page so it shows their fax number instead. She mentioned that when she handled it, she used to upload a custom cover page, but now that someone else manages it, they rely on the default system cover page since the new user isn’t familiar with custom uploads. A report showing the number of inbound and outbound fax pages sent and received per month, per phone number.
The customer is using the RingCentral service only for faxing. She wanted to see a report that will show the nuber how many outbound pages and how many inbound pages were sent and received. She wanted this information per number and per month.

Currently, Robocall or spam protection is applied together for both phone calls and faxes. This prevents administrators from customizing blocking behavior separately for fax and phone lines. Customers want the ability to enable or disable Robocall protection independently for voice calls and faxes.Business Impact:

Please add a feature that allows disabling the flagging of incoming faxes or calls as suspicious or spam without requiring each number to be manually added as a trusted contact, as managing them individually would be a never-ending process.

Cannot select text on a sent fax within the iOS app
Occasionally a fax will fail to send. When that happens it would great if we could tap on the sent fax in the app (iOS) and highlight and select the text located in the 'comments'. That way we could paste this verbiage and try communicating it to the recipient by other means without having to type it all out again.

Forced to select a contact when Faxing
Please add an option to skip contact selection when a fax number matches multiple entries. Currently, we are forced to pick a name, which auto-fills the cover page incorrectly. We need the ability to simply enter a fax number and proceed so the cover page remains generic or unaddressed to a specific individual.

Our company have several numbers with Mobile licenses that appear in RingCentral Portal account but are not accessible as an option to be selected as a "Fax" number for individual user accounts. It would be great to be able to select any number that appears in our RingCentral Portal account to be a fax number.

Monthly Automated Fax Logs Report
The Admin is requesting a feature that would allow admins to schedule monthly fax log reports for the previous month and have them automatically sent out. The requested functionality should include the ability to select specific users to be included in the report, rather than generating logs for all users. Additionally, the customer would like the option to filter these reports by Site or Department, which is not currently possible in the Admin Portal.
