Request to Update Sender Name in Internal Fax Email Notifications
Currently, when a user extension (other than the Main Super Admin) sends a fax internally using company numbers as the Fax Caller ID, the name displayed on the received fax notification is that of the Main Super Admin. This can cause confusion, especially when the fax attachment is not included in the email, as the recipient may assume the fax was sent by the Main Super Admin. It would be greatly helpful if the notification could display the actual name of the user extension that sent the fax.
Sample case: 26322234

Combine Inbound fax communications to all RC user fax inboxes
The inability to receive the same inbound faxes across all inboxes within the RingCentral application is creating inefficiencies and delays, particularly because fax communications are typically external and often time-sensitive. This should be something apart of your software within the application as a communications based product offering. This is an issue that should have fallen within the scope of your development process of the RC app, as seamless communication is a fundamental requirement for most businesses.
Currently, the need to leave our primary workspace and rely on other systems for fax reception adds unnecessary steps and increases the risk of…

Option to Add on the Authorized/Permitted Email Just the Email Domain Aside from Actual Individual Email Address
There should be an option under Email-to-Fax where-in you can add just the email domain (Ex. @linksattuscaloosa.apartments) on the Email addresses permitted to send faxes so that everyone with email addresses on the same domain can send faxes using the extension's assigned fax number/numbers.

Sending to Faxes Machine Predicament
Currently, RingCentral users encounter challenges when attempting to send faxes to government agencies or other entities still reliant on fax machines operating at lower baud rates, typically at 7200/9600. Despite RingCentral's advanced capabilities, users are restricted by the platform's adherence to traditional transmission rates, hindering their ability to communicate effectively with such entities.
This feature request proposes the modernization of fax transmission rates within RingCentral to accommodate varying baud rates, including the legacy rates used by certain government agencies. By updating the platform's capabilities to support a wider range of transmission rates, RingCentral users would enjoy improved compatibility and seamless…

When sending out faxes, the caller ID shows as (631) 676-1623. It should show the Toll-free number as the caller ID as this confuses the recipient of the fax.

Support for analog credit card processing devices over ATA.
Extend ATA support to credit card processing devices. When asking about porting these devices over to RingCentral, I was informed they should be replaced with units that use Ethernet instead of telephone. Being able to port them as is by using an ATA adapter would have been preferred.
