Dynamic Field Mapping for Custom Fax Cover Pages
Business Need:
We would like to request the ability to upload custom fax cover page templates and map their fields to the existing cover page fields available in the RingCentral Fax interface.
Current Limitation:
Currently, administrators and users can upload a custom fax cover page, but the document must already be prefilled with static information. There is no option to map placeholders within the custom template to the fields that users complete when sending a fax (such as Sender Name, Recipient Name, Company, Subject, Comments, Date, Fax Number, etc.).
