Ability to Customize already created Template Fax Cover Pages
Currently, there are tons of fax cover page templates we can choose to use, however we can only enter the number of whom we're sending a fax to. The current cover pages do not allow us to enter a name or a company and it looks unprofessional. I don't understand WHY this is a problem in the first place, but it seems that it is according to RC reps. If you provide simple templates, the least you can do is allow us to edit them.

Separate notification for Failed and Successful Faxes
Currently, we have the messaging notifications set for Fax Transmission Results which is for Failed and Successfully sent faxes. The customer wants to only receive notifications for failed faxes and does not want to get a notification for successfully sent faxes. Requesting to have a feature for both transmission result in a separate setting.

Have an option to receive faxes simultaneously by email and fax machine
As of now once the email to fax is turned ON then customer won't be able to receive faxes via fax machine. Hope there would be an option to receive faxes both via email and fax machine simultaneously

Option to Add on the Authorized/Permitted Email Just the Email Domain Aside from Actual Individual Email Address
There should be an option under Email-to-Fax where-in you can add just the email domain (Ex. @linksattuscaloosa.apartments) on the Email addresses permitted to send faxes so that everyone with email addresses on the same domain can send faxes using the extension's assigned fax number/numbers.

Automatically Delete Fax
Our faxes come to the OSCAR EMR inbox but also stay in the Ringcentral app and my staff have to clear them manually is there a setting so when they get uploaded to our OSCAR EMR those get deleted (except that did not go through)from the ringcentral app (that was the case with SrFax)

Secondary Fax Number to use ad Direct Number and Outbound Fax ID
The customer wanted to have her Secondary Fax number used as an Outbound Fax Caller ID with other extensions on the account and at the same time to keep it as a direct fax number dedicated under her extension to receive fax.

Ability to modify the default inbound fax address from a phone number to a single, easy-to-verify address.
Currently, inbound faxes are directed to a phone number, which can be less straightforward to verify and manage. Client is concerned about phishing and bogus faxes containing potentially infected attachments. This issue has heightened the need for a more secure and easily verifiable fax address.
We would like to request a feature that allows us to use a simplified, easily recognizable address for inbound faxes. This could be in the form of an email address or a unique identifier that is simpler to verify compared to a phone number.
