Admin Portal: Report on Poly VVX device DND Status
We have an unleievably high number of support requests that come in advising users are not recieving any inbound calls on their handsets. Upon further investigation and request for photographs we learn that they have turned on DND and forgotten to turn it back off.It would be ideal if the RC Admin Portal, Devices page also reported on the DND status of a device, making it easier to detect this issue.

Add support for Cisco 7861 handset
You already support all of the other phones in the range of very popular handsets. It should be very easy to add this model.

Allow device ordering for more than one number at a time
Please allow admins to order more than one phone at a time for end users at a site. We should be able to add them all to one order at the same time. This would go for regular end users as well at different locations. One order at a time is inefficient

Add the capability to change caller id on the desk phone
Most legacy system's have a button that can be programmed on a keyset to send out an alternate caller id. Ring Central does not have this. I understand you can change it in the client but not everyone uses the client. This should be available to change on the fly when using a regular keyset. Please understand that this is an important feature for lots of customers and consider adding it as a feature.

Forward should be one of the "default" softkeys on Polycom VVX phones
Wish "Forward" was a default softkey on the Polycom VVX phones instead of Intercom or Page. Even if you had a "More" softkey on the idle screen, that would let you get to a Forward softkey, that would be better than no Forward option at all.

Differentiating ring for transferred calls
We have over 20 Ringcentral instances for nursing homes where the employees are used to having an audible difference between calls comiing into the main call group and transferred calls. Upon upgrading them to RingCentral they are missing that feature. This feature would be benefical to busy medical professionals who can't always check the caller id screen.

Centralized management of device upgrades/firmware
It would be very helpful to be able to centrally manage firmware updates to devices vs having to update each one individually. Other tier-1 providers already perform firmware updates for devices without requiring it to be performed manually.

Change the default soft keys on Polycom phone when provisioning the phone.
Current default soft keys at the bottom of the screen on VVX350 are new call, intercom, dnd, and page. Theses are useless for most users:New call: this button is asinine, there are already 4 ways to make a new call.1) pick up the phone and dial2) dial then pickup the phone3) press the one of the hands free button and dial4) dial then press one of the hands free buttonIntercom: i have never worked in an office where a general page went over the phone system to interrupt productivity, meetings, call with important clients. this feature is just rude to…

GUI access for phones or IP address display in admin portal
A number of features for phones are not available except from the admin GUI specific to the phone (such as the Yealink T48). On the phone page in the admin portal, can we add either a link to the individual phone GUI, or a display for the local IP address so that admins can access the portal for the phone without having to physically from phone to phone to look up the address in order to modify the phone.

VoIP Server Gateway
Why not Ring Central make a device, where all phone call will be handled by a VoIP server, directly deployed to customer site. On this way, all issue maybe handled by the support agent by connecting to the gateway server instead of asking client to restart the router and check the networks, etc.
