    currently they can disable and replace the rule but they cant totally delete the rule.

  4. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use phone numbers with only 7 digits. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX, it seems we cannot dial 7 digits outside number. Can we fix that?

  5. Create a feature that allows the Ring Central app to connect to a vehicles audio system. Currently the only way to answer a RC call / connect to a meeting is to answer by physically manipulating the mobile device which is illegal in a number of jurisdictions.

  6. If Multi-level IVR is setup, it should disable call routing for the extension that has the same extension number as the IVR key press choices. Example, if 1 is pressed, the call should not route to other extensions that has 1 if customer pressed 1 twice.

  7. Sometimes we prefer the receptionist to answer direct calls from customers, but if the receptionist is busy with a customer. Having the IVR prompt come up after several rings is better than that phone call hanging up or going to voicemail.

We have extension under user with number as Receptionist and that extension has ring all together/ringgroups that when the number under that extension was dialed it will ring all under the ring group. And what we want if extension number was dialed alone, the call will ring only to that extension not the ring group under that extension

  12. The customer has implemented a Cloud Connector Directory Integration (CCDI) which includes an underlying SIP trunk to allow ext-to-ext type calls between RC Users and legacy-Cisco-PBX Users. The Cisco phone is not registering to RC. He is trying to park a call on RC and then retrieve it from the Cisco phone behind the Cisco PBX on the other side of the CCDI SIP trunk.

    Currently, this is not supported as the call park functionality is only between RC users.

  14. Deskphone presence should include an option for the monitoring phone to display caller information (such as Caller ID or CNAM) for incoming calls on monitored extensions.

    It's crucial that individuals monitoring calls via their desk phone (e.g., Mitel 6920 IP Phone) can view caller details. This feature allows them to determine whether they need to answer calls on behalf of the extensions or users they are monitoring.

    Mitel Phones are not listed as supported devices. Please have Mitel phones added on this list to use the intercom feature

  19. In the phones section, you can click on the pencil to select which calls to delete. It would be nice to have a Select All button to click to save time clicking each one to delete. Or make it function so you can click on one, use the shift key to select all the way down to the next item you click?? Either would be great and be a big time saver! Thanks

  20. Can there be a feature to use when making outbound calls to my client's customers where my business name doesn't show up on their ID caller but instead just a number. I offer call services in business but I have to go through extra measures to make calls i.e make my number private which most people don't respond to when private or using a client's Google Voice account.
