Add Special Number to New RC PC Application!
Please add the special number feature to the new RC PC application. It works with the old RC PC app, but the prefix is missing in the new app. This is the feature: Add a special number to the beginning or end of the incoming caller ID to help identify the reason for the call.

Its critical we can identify what agency they are calling from when the receptionist is answering the phone.

It helps when speaking to customer to know which Agency they are with before looking up in AMS

That feature is important for the receptionist to identify what agency someone is calling! Right now they rely on the actual desk phone to see what agency is ringing. Not to identify the reason for the call.
