  1. Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.

  5. Customer wants to know how to get the fax email come in by a specific name. They have about 2500 emails sent out to the same number, but don't have a way to search email for a specific client that they sent out. 2nd issue is that they have more than one company that use the RingCentral, but can only log in as one company at a time. Customer would like to be able to sort outbound faxes by name.

  7. Like when I'm having a vacation, i want to set who's gonna receive the faxes in my company for a specific time and date. for example im out of office every wed and fri, I can set a custom rule where all of the faxes in my company will redirect to another extension only for that specific day.

  12. All globally parked calls should be able to be seen and managed from a single area of RingCentral. Our previous system allowed us to do this and it would show all calls with the park location and caller ID, plus any custom notes added by the user.

  13. All Users would benefit from this when they need to copy their SMS threads into a document case for recording. The app currently only will copy the visible SMS thread and will not allow anything further. It looks like it does, except when going back and making sure all is selected, it missed the rest and only got visible thread.

  15. As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

  18. I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.

There currently is no click to dial feature on iphone devices. this is a major problems for mobile technicians who are trying to dial a call while driving. it is extremely inefficient and dangerous to try and type out a phone number into the app while driving. This feature works on Ipad and Android devices but not on iphone which is a major problem. Please implement a fix so that when i click on a phone number in the phone it pops up with the option to dial from ringcentral
