  1. It appears that sometimes when switching devices (for example, Windows PC App to my Android Smartphone app, there and back) the "time" for an outgoing call is WILDLY inaccurate. It's not clear if it only shows the time before the first (or second) change in switching the call, but it's cutting off someplace. It would be better if we can view the total duration of the call.

  2. My company using Ring Central messaging all day long, which is great, however it would be really nice if folx could flag a message they're posting in chat to be urgent/important. Ideally, that would make the icon in the tray flash/have a different, bigger notification, or something like that. I know this is a semi-customizable feature in Teams (I think you can set it to send an email or just do the tray notification/flash). This would go a long way for our users adopting the tool who are coming over from MTeams.

  3. Customer wants to setup their Google Drive settings globally for the entire organization in the Attach File option in RingCentral desktop app. Customer can setup the attach file using Google Drive individually but not globally for the entire organization. Thank you.

  4. When sending new text messages the option to select an outbound SMS number from the main number or the direct number is available. However, when there is a missed call and I opt to click the text option under the missed call it allows me to text the missed call number but no option to change sms outbound number it defaults to the direct line and we would like the option to default it to the company number or have the dropdown option.

  6. Since the Print to Fax plugin is already available in the RingCentral Desktop App platform, it would be convenient for the customers if this plugin were available on the Web Browser Platform.

  9. I would like to have the ability to remove certain permissions for some users in the desktop app only. For example, there are some users we want to be able to use the meetings/RCV feature for online meetings, but not be able to call or text from the app. I would also like to remove access to fax, Apps, Messages, Workspace (tasks, calendar, etc.) as there are some features that we use other platforms for and do not want available to our users.

A user of ours asked if there is a way to turn off the part in Ring Central Max that shows users how many calls they have taken from queue, due to said users not taking calls after they hit their monthly quota. Would like a way to either block users from seeing this or turning it off altogether.

  12. To have a pre-recorded voicemail that will be sent to each of his customers just in case cannot reach them. To leave voicemail messages to every customer instead of automatically sending the pre-recorded vm.

  14. Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.

  17. Customer wants to know how to get the fax email come in by a specific name. They have about 2500 emails sent out to the same number, but don't have a way to search email for a specific client that they sent out. 2nd issue is that they have more than one company that use the RingCentral, but can only log in as one company at a time. Customer would like to be able to sort outbound faxes by name.

  19. Like when I'm having a vacation, i want to set who's gonna receive the faxes in my company for a specific time and date. for example im out of office every wed and fri, I can set a custom rule where all of the faxes in my company will redirect to another extension only for that specific day.
