Simultaneous protocol to be added in call queue overflow
Customers request for simultaneous option should be included under call queue overflow.

We believe this would be beneficial for our small call center group. We utilize Simultaneous setting because anyone should be able to take a call when they can, but often times we experience high call volumes and would like a secondary queue and department to be able to assist.

Overflow should be an option if all current members of the queue are busy and the queue is set to simultaneous.

Our company would like the option for simultaneous (it's an option that can currently be chosen) for the overflow call queue.
