Assign extensions in app
Removing the ability to switch extensions for a number in the app has been very inconvenient. We use this service to make sure someone is available by phone at all times. To use a browser now to switch extensions involves multiple steps and can be difficult to navigate when having a limited view on a cell phone. We do not always have access to a desktop when extensions need to be switched. The app should have this feature to provide ease in usability. I do not understand the purpose of removing this option and placing it in “Legacy admin tools”.

Signing Off the app should remove the member from the call queue
When logged off from the system, a member should not have any calls getting forwarded to external number coming through the call queue. Should set the member as DND status automatically without manually changing it on the extension.

Ability to set language settings in RingCentral desktop/web app.
Please add option to change the language settings so that texts are not censored.

Make invisible mode more prominent
Similar to how "Do not disturb" mode in Ringcentral grid is very prominent, thanks to the red bar on the top, it'd be great if the "Invisible" mode is also prominent, maybe using a yellow/amber bar or something. The problem I face is that I go on invisible during night hours but forget turning it off during the business hours.

Option to show incoming call information without receiving the call
It will be great it we have the option to see incoming calls including the callerID from the Main number on the Desktop App even though my number is not listed to receive the call.

Allow Admin to Disable Banners on RingCentral App
There are users that uses the RingCentral Phone embedded with their CRM or other calling platform. Thus, selecting the default calling for app to "RingCentral this app" is not a choice for them, and the popup that says "An incoming call is being directed to the RingCentral Phone app. Please review your settings if you want to see incoming calls in this app." cannot be removed permanently which some users find annoying. There should be an option to remove these banners permanently that can be a setting on the app or an admin setting.

Ability of a client to hit the # button to bypass our long greeting voicemail message so they could leave a message and not waste time l...
...istening to the long message over and over again. I am a small business with a 3-minute informational message about my unique company. For people that have already heard this message, listening to it again for 3 minutes before leaving a message would get anyone angry. Having the ability to bypass that long message by hitting the # key and leaving a message is a great idea. Heck, AT&T that can't get even the simplist of things right has that feature, and you guys are much better than they are!

Call Log - Detailed view to show all the available pages (and the end page) on the bottom right of the page
Call Log - simple/ detailed views are not currently showing all the pages available to jump from page 1 to the last page. It makes it difficult for users to keep clicking next arrow, until they reach to the last page (especially when the call volumes are high) Attached is the screenshot of the right bottom of the list, as it can be seen it only shows the current page number and "previous" "next" arrows.

Make the 4 digit extension the default for copy and share in a company
:bulb: Can someone please suggest to RC, that when I want to forward (copy and forward) a text, say from a candidate to my teammate who has the job, I should be able to put that in the normal 4 digit extension thread, not have to send it to the 10 digit phone number thread. If you can speak to this, great, but it's an RC suggestion for their software, etc.

Option to Delete any Team message by admin on the RC mobile app
The admin cannot delete a message posted by a member on any group/team in the RC mobile app. So admin wants to have an option to Delete any Team message posted by a member on the RC mobile app

The ability to delete attached file on senders end.
The customer would like to delete the attached file that was sent, it would be best to have the ability to delete the attached document/file sent to her via direct message.

Live Monitoring a user not a call
Instead of live monitor (listen) to a call, it would be great if you could monitor (listen) to all calls from a user instead of "dial in" to each call. The use case is, that we have coaches who listen to our calls from our users e.g. one hour. Currently they need to "dial in" in every call individuell. If the could "dial in" just in the beginning and then listen to all calls until they disconnect would save a lot of clicks and missed beginnings of conversations.

Automatically Update Presence After Computer is Locked
It would be nice for Ring Central to be able to recognize when a user has locked their computer and update their presence to "Idle" or something similar, noting that the user is briefly away from their desk. Our policy is to lock your system when not in use, so if somebody locks their system and walks away to help somebody with something, it would be nice for Ring to reflect that the user is not available/idle/away, so that they're not still receiving calls, appearing to be available. Otherwise, users have to remember to change this every time they step…

Dialed number shows as Private.

Undelete a note in RingCentral
Recently a posted note in RingCentral disappeared. I'm not sure what happened to the note but it got me to thinking that there should be a trash for recently deleted notes to avoid losing important note/projects.

Sync RingCentral App's DND Status with Admin Portal
With the current design flow for Glip presence, the DND status on RingCentral application will not change even after an admin toggle the user's DND status off in admin portal. This confuses our customers and administrators as they already have the impression that that user should show Available status, instead of getting stuck to DND. It would be a big help if the RingCentral App changes from DND mode to Available after an admin turns off DND from admin portal.
