RC App transferred voicemail to show originating caller information
Currently, when a transferred voicemail is received in the RC app it displays the number of the extension that performed the transfer, rather than the name/number of the caller that left the original voicemail.

Please add the option to schedule text delivery
zipwhip does it and it's a major time saver for us..Please add a feature so we can schedule text messages to be published at a later date. Pleeeeeeeeeeeaaasseeee!!

I would like to see different rings be available for different numbers receiving calls
I used RingCentral for 2 different small businesses on the same account. It would be very useful to know which number was being called to know which business they were trying to reach

Text responding to incoming phone calls
on the desktop app on incoming phone calls you text back responses like “will call you back in 10mins” but on the mobile app that is not avaialble I have to just let the phone call go to voicemail

RC app search by department
In the RingCentral desktop app, would be a good option to be able to search by information found in the user profile, such as Department and Location.Often times in larger organizations, someone may be trying to reach someone in a particular department or location for a need, but may not know a name in that department or location.

The designated contacts under the group (admin portal) is not synchronizing on the RC App, the contacts on the group should synchronized on the RC App

RingCentral APP - Grouping Conversations/Messages
In the RC Classic app, conversations in Teams and Direct Messages group together. The new App does not do this, each message is a separate line and it's actually really frustrating/ugly. Can you please allow the option or set it so that messaging groups together? This would make a bunch of my Engineers very happy.

Ability to transfer recorded voicemails to a different extension within our company
It would be very useful to be able to send a recorded voicemail directly to another team member's voicemail within our organization right from the mobile app while retrieving the client's message.

SMS drafts saved to be sent later
I have used Zipwhip for several years, they have a very convenient feature that allows a draft SMS to be saved and sent later.This feature does not exist in RingCentral, I have talked with support several times.Thanks.

Can we have an auto-text attendant -- which will allow him to text his caller if he doesn't want to answer a phone call (e.g. I'm driving, please call me back later.).
